Use a brass brush to remove resin deposit residue, or use a burner or similar device to heat resin deposits on screws. After heating for a while, use a waste cotton cloth or a brass brush to remove the sediment from the screws.

When cleaning, do not scratch the surface of the parts; before installing the screw head, apply a layer of molybdenum disulfide grease or silicone oil evenly on the thread to prevent the thread from being bitten. A coat of this lubricant is sufficient. Excessive use of lubricating oil may contaminate injection molded products. When working with solvents, routine precautions should be taken to avoid skin contact with fumes.
